Thank you for shopping with PeakGear Co.! Here's everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.
Processing Time
- Standard items: 1–3 business days to process and leave the warehouse.
- Custom/Print-on-Demand items: 5–15 business days for production before shipping.
Shipping Timeframes Delivery times vary by region:
- Australia, US, UK, Europe & Canada: 5–10 business days (express line) or 10–20 business days (standard shipping)
- Asia: 5–10 business days
- Middle East, South America & Africa: 20–40 business days
Tracking All orders are automatically assigned a tracking number once shipped, which will be sent to you via email. Please note that tracking updates may be limited in remote regions once the package is handed over to the local postal carrier.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Countries We Ship To We ship to over 200 countries worldwide. Please note we are unable to ship to certain regions due to international carrier restrictions, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria.
